It starts with a conversation about your space, budget and what you want to achieve. From there, we assess your room dimensions, recommend suitable equipment and finishes, and prepare a tailored quotation. Once everything is approved, we organise the materials, equipment and installation to bring your simulator room to life.
Absolutely! We’re happy to discuss your project and provide initial advice with no obligation. We generally arrange on-site consultations throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, allowing us to assess your space, take measurements and discuss your vision in person. For projects outside these areas, we can get started with photos, measurements and an initial conversation.
We have an extensive portfolio of completed residential and commercial simulator rooms, including photos and videos of our installations. Depending on availability and location, we may also be able to arrange a closer look at a completed project.
We’re based in South East Queensland and primarily service Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We also take on selected regional Queensland and interstate projects, particularly larger residential and commercial installations. Additional travel and mobilisation costs may apply.

As a general guide, we recommend a minimum ceiling height of 2.7m, a room width of 3.0m (3.5m or more preferred), and a room depth of approximately 4.5m or more. For comfortable left- and right-handed play, a width of around 4.0m is ideal. Every space is different, so we assess your dimensions and recommend the best configuration.
Absolutely! Garages, sheds, spare rooms and purpose-built entertainment areas can all make fantastic golf simulator rooms, provided there is sufficient space and ceiling height.
Safety and clearance are among the first things we assess. We consider ceiling height, room width, hitting position and potential obstructions to determine whether your space can accommodate a full driver swing. We recommend physically checking swing clearance before finalising the design.
Not necessarily! Golf simulators can be designed as multi-purpose entertainment spaces, including home cinemas, gaming rooms and family entertainment areas. We can also explore configurations for garages and shared spaces, although retaining vehicle parking depends on the room layout.
Every room is different, and that’s where custom design comes in. Depending on the available space, we may be able to adjust the hitting position, screen dimensions or equipment configuration. We’ll be upfront if a space isn’t suitable for safe use.

Our complete turnkey residential golf simulator rooms start from approximately $25,000, with premium custom-built installations typically ranging from $45,000 to $70,000 or more. The final cost depends on your chosen technology, room dimensions, materials and finishes. We work with a range of budgets to create the best possible experience for your investment.
Our quotations can include everything needed for a complete, ready-to-play simulator, such as framing, impact screens, protective padding, flooring, turf, launch monitors, projectors, computers, simulator software and installation. Inclusions depend on your chosen design and equipment. Additional requirements, such as electrical works, air conditioning or specialist finishes, will be identified during quoting.
We offer solutions to suit different budgets, from entry-level home simulators through to fully customised premium and commercial installations. Rather than limiting you to a fixed package, we help you select the equipment, finishes and features that best suit your space and intended use.
Yes! We offer finance options to help make your dream golf simulator room a reality. Ask us about available finance solutions when you enquire, and we can discuss options suited to your project, subject to finance approval.
Our typical residential payment schedule is a 10% deposit upon acceptance, a 40% progress payment prior to installation and a 50% final payment upon completion. Payment schedules for larger commercial projects may vary and will be outlined in your quotation.
Depending on your business structure and how the simulator is used, certain fit-out and equipment expenses may qualify for depreciation or other tax deductions. We recommend speaking with your accountant to understand what applies to your circumstances.

We’re not tied to any particular launch monitor brand, which means our recommendations are based on your needs, budget and how you plan to use your simulator. Launch monitors can range from approximately $1,100 to over $40,000, with different systems offering varying levels of accuracy, technology and functionality. Whether you’re looking for an affordable home setup or professional-level performance data, we’ll help you navigate the options and select the right equipment and software for your space.
Modern launch monitors can provide highly accurate measurements of ball speed, launch angle, spin, carry distance and other performance metrics. Advanced systems also capture club data to help analyse your swing. Accuracy depends on the equipment selected, correct installation and operating conditions.
Depending on your simulator software, you can access an extensive range of virtual golf courses, driving ranges, practice facilities and games. Some platforms require an annual subscription, while others have different licensing options. We explain the available content and any ongoing costs before you commit.
Yes! You can use your own golf clubs and real golf balls. Some launch monitor systems require specific golf balls or specially marked or patterned balls to capture certain measurements accurately. We explain any equipment-specific requirements when helping you select your technology. We also recommend clean, undamaged clubs and balls to protect the impact screen.
We offer a range of projector options, including high-definition and premium 4K laser projectors. Our custom installations can feature professionally finished impact screens, premium acoustic padding, integrated flooring and protective enclosures. Every installation is designed around your room dimensions, budget and desired finish.
Absolutely! We can design rooms for both left- and right-handed golfers. Certain overhead launch monitors allow players to switch sides without moving equipment, making them ideal for families and commercial venues. Room width and hitting position are important considerations, so we recommend the most practical setup for your space.
Definitely! A golf simulator can be much more than a place to practise your swing. Because these systems operate through a computer, many families also use their rooms to watch movies, play computer games and enjoy general entertainment. Depending on the software and equipment selected, golf challenges, mini-games and other sports may also be available. We can design a multi-purpose space the whole family can enjoy.
In many cases, yes. Launch monitors, projectors, computers and software can often be upgraded independently, depending on compatibility and the original installation. We aim to design rooms with longevity in mind.

Absolutely! Custom design is what we do. Whether you’re after a sleek, modern simulator, a luxury entertainment room or a premium commercial golfing experience, we tailor the design, materials and finishes to your space and style.
Options can include premium custom acoustic wall and ceiling panels; timber acoustic feature panelling; integrated hitting mats and premium artificial turf; LED strip and feature lighting; custom cabinetry and storage; decorative feature walls; and seating, lounges, bars and entertainment areas. From minimalist designs to luxurious entertainment rooms, we tailor the finishes to your vision.
Definitely. We can incorporate, or work alongside the design of, surrounding lounges, seating zones, bars and other features. A golf simulator doesn’t have to be just a practice facility β it can be the centrepiece of an entertainment space.
Yes! Once we’ve worked through your requirements and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll provide 3D rendered designs to help you visualise your simulator room before installation begins. This allows us to refine the proposed layout, finishes and overall look before construction.
06
Installation depends on the size, complexity and finishes of your project. A straightforward residential installation may take several days, while more detailed custom builds can take approximately two to three weeks. Larger commercial and multi-bay installations may take longer. We’ll provide an estimated schedule before work begins.
We’ll guide you through any preparation needed before installation, including power, lighting and other services. You’re welcome to use your own electrician, or we can connect you with electricians we regularly work with. We’ll coordinate relevant requirements so everything is positioned correctly and ready for installation.
We manage the simulator fit-out and can work with appropriately licensed trades for additional services. You’re welcome to use your own trades, or we can connect you with electricians we work with. Air conditioning, data infrastructure and specialist soundproofing can be considered during planning and quoted as required.
Our installations are carefully planned to integrate with your existing space. Some designs require secure fixings to walls, floors or ceilings. We’ll explain the proposed installation method and any alterations before work begins.
Generally, no. Most of our simulator installations are internal fit-outs within existing rooms, garages or sheds and typically don’t require council approval. However, structural alterations, a new building, a change of use or other significant building works may require approvals. Requirements vary, so where relevant we’ll discuss checking with the appropriate building professional or local authority.
Potentially, yes! We can explore more standalone or freestanding simulator designs that minimise the need to fix components directly to existing walls or ceilings. This offers flexibility where permanent alterations are restricted. Property owner or body corporate approval may still be required.
07
Yes! We design and install commercial golf simulator facilities for hospitality venues, golf clubs, hotels, resorts, offices, gyms and dedicated indoor golf businesses. Each installation is tailored to the venue, customer experience and available space.
Absolutely. We can design and install multi-bay facilities, from smaller two- or three-bay setups to large commercial simulator venues. We consider layout, player separation, flooring, padding, equipment and integrated finishes.
We can discuss suitable third-party booking and payment solutions during project planning. These systems are generally provided by specialist software suppliers, and compatibility and integration requirements should be confirmed before selection.
For commercial facilities, we focus on reliable technology, durable finishes and practical maintenance. Options include quality impact screens, robust framing, protective wall padding, commercial flooring, overhead launch monitors and projection systems suited to frequent use.
Commercial venues should consider public liability insurance, safe player separation, impact protection, emergency access, supervision and relevant building or workplace safety requirements. We can discuss physical safety features of the fit-out, but recommend consulting your insurer and relevant compliance professionals for venue-specific obligations.
We can help you understand likely fit-out and equipment costs, space requirements and practical considerations for a commercial simulator venue. We can discuss configurations and price points to assist planning; expected financial returns should be independently assessed against your business model and market.
08
The loudest sound in a golf simulator is generally your club striking the golf ball, rather than the ball hitting the impact screen. Our custom acoustic wall and ceiling panels can help reduce reverberation and improve sound within the room. If noise transfer to adjoining rooms or neighbours is a concern, we can discuss additional acoustic considerations.
We design our rooms with safety and impact protection in mind, using appropriate impact screens, protective padding and carefully considered screen positioning to reduce rebound and damage risks. No system eliminates every risk associated with striking real golf balls indoors.
Golf simulators can be a great family activity when used appropriately. Children should always be supervised, and everyone must remain clear of the hitting area when a player is swinging. We recommend simple safety rules for all users.
Not always, but comfort is important, especially during Queensland’s warmer months. Projectors, computers and other electronics generate heat, and enclosed rooms can become warm during extended sessions. We recommend considering airflow, ventilation and air conditioning during planning, particularly for commercial venues.
09
Equipment warranties vary by manufacturer and product. Our quotations and supporting documentation will outline relevant warranty information, along with any applicable workmanship warranty. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law also apply.
Golf simulators are generally straightforward to maintain. Routine care includes keeping the hitting area clean, checking screen and turf condition, and maintaining software and equipment updates. Impact screens and hitting surfaces are wear items and may eventually need replacing depending on use.
Yes. We want our clients to enjoy their simulator long after installation. If you experience an issue, get in touch and we’ll help identify the problem, offer initial troubleshooting guidance or direct you to manufacturer support where appropriate.
Contact us and we can help determine whether the issue relates to equipment, software or physical installation. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we can help identify the appropriate support process. Repairs and replacements outside warranty may involve additional costs.

Absolutely! Golf simulators are suitable for complete beginners through to experienced golfers. You can play casual rounds, practise specific shots, track performance data or refine your technique.
Yes. A quality launch monitor provides feedback on ball speed, launch angle, spin, carry distance and potentially club delivery. Convenient access to practice and measurable data can help you work on your game consistently.
Definitely. Golf simulators provide measurable shot data and visual feedback for coaching. Some systems support swing cameras and additional analysis tools, making them useful for personal practice, coaching studios and golf instruction facilities.
Yes! Many simulation platforms allow multiple players in a round, making them ideal for friendly competitions, family activities and social gatherings. Player limits and game formats depend on the selected software.
Yes. Compatible simulator software can support online multiplayer and competitions with golfers using other simulators. A suitable internet connection, compatible equipment and any applicable subscription are required.

A professionally designed golf simulator can be an impressive lifestyle feature, particularly for golf enthusiasts and buyers seeking premium home entertainment spaces. Beyond potential resale appeal, it adds a year-round recreational feature for your family. The effect on resale value depends on the local market and buyer preferences, so an increase cannot be guaranteed.
Many components, including launch monitors, projectors, computers and some enclosure elements, can potentially be removed and reused. Custom framing, padding and flooring may be designed specifically for the original room and may not transfer directly. Let us know if future relocation is important so we can consider it during design.
