A considered approach to designing and building your golf simulator room — with clear steps from the first conversation to the first swing.
Six considered steps
One room. A clear path from idea to ready to play.
01
Tell us about your space, your golf and what else you’d like the room to do. We’ll discuss your goals, budget and preferred level of finish before working through the next steps.
Your goals · Your space · Your budget
02
We review dimensions, ceiling height, access and the existing space. This helps us work through the layout and practical requirements for your build.
Dimensions · Access · Layout
03
We develop the room layout, finishes and equipment selection around your space. Golf, movie nights and everyday use are considered together.
Room layout · Finishes · Technology
04
You receive a formal quote based on your room, your chosen finish and technology. Equipment pricing is confirmed with the third-party supplier before quoting.

05
Our carpenters and cabinetmakers carry out the construction and fit-out, bringing together the screen wall, protective treatments, turf, lighting and equipment installation.

06
We test and calibrate the equipment, then take you through the finished room and how everything works so you can get started.

The details, considered
A clear understanding of timing, support and investment — so you can enjoy the journey as much as the finished room.
01
Project timeframes can vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and your chosen equipment.
After your site assessment, we’ll provide a clear estimated timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
02
Once installation is complete, we’ll walk you through how to use your simulator and its key features.
If you ever need help or have questions down the track, we’re available to assist as needed.
03
Pricing depends on your selected package, space requirements, and any customisation. We provide transparent quotes with no hidden fees.
If you’re considering finance options, we can point you in the right direction or discuss suitable approaches.
04
Technology components are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranties. Our workmanship is covered under the terms set out in your written proposal, invoice or service agreement. These warranties operate in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Before your first swing
Most custom golf simulator rooms require a minimum room width of around 3–3.5 metres, a depth of 5–6 metres, and sufficient ceiling height to swing comfortably. We assess your available space and design the room layout to suit your dimensions while maintaining safe clearances and performance.
An ideal ceiling height for a custom golf simulator room is around 3 metres. In some cases, rooms with slightly lower ceilings can still work depending on the golfer’s height and swing style. We factor this into the design to ensure a comfortable and safe setup.
Yes. Many of our custom golf simulator rooms are built in garages, spare rooms, sheds, or dedicated home extensions. We design each room around the existing structure, including wall linings, flooring, acoustics, and lighting to create a clean, purpose-built environment.
We design and build custom golf simulator rooms for both residential and commercial applications, including private homes, multi-bay facilities, clubs, and entertainment venues. Each project is tailored to the intended use, durability requirements, and level of finish.
Yes. Every project is designed from the ground up. While we offer guide packages to provide a starting point, all custom golf simulator rooms are tailored to suit your space, technology preferences, performance goals, and budget.
A typical custom golf simulator room includes room layout and design, wall framing and linings, acoustic treatment, impact screen and enclosure systems, turf or flooring, lighting and electrical integration, and full simulator technology setup. Final inclusions are confirmed during consultation.
